Grosvenor Berkeley Branding

This piece of branding for a real estate company in the UK was designed with emphasis based on making it approachable. Grosvenor Berkeley were very particular about the use of red as they didn't want it to put people off. By this, meaning that the use of red and a grey would represent pride on building and maintaining strong relationships. Most importantly, trust. 
 
A nice balance of a solid red with a light grey levels the brand out and takes any element of 'danger' away. The graphic element was based loosely on the typeface, giving it a rounded but structured feel.
